I haven’t been indulging much time sewing or web-surfing. It has been a week full of exploring, fresh air, dark mines, and overflowing waterfalls.
We love to go visit the San Juan Mountains. The air is so clean and fresh. Everywhere we turn deer are jumping, grazing and staring at us. We saw elk, marmots, chipmunks, deer, and jeeps everywhere we turned!
Needless to say, I couldn’t bring myself to drag my sewing machine along and I spent my free time reading, hiking, cooking and chatting with dear friends and family.
Needless to say, I am behind. But, I have two quilts nearly finished and ready to show you. I am so excited to share it with you. It is so cool and unique, but it isn’t my secret to tell. As soon as I can, I’ll post a full shot of it!
For now, I’ll leave you with this sneak peek. I’d highly recommend stalking Ali’s blog for more details in the near future…
