The One With the Piles Of Rainbows

June 21, 2012

It seems like lately, more than sewing, I am creating pretty little piles. Like this one I am putting together for 100 Quilts For Kids.
100 quilts for kids stack
If you haven’t heard of Katie’s amazing project to serve the children in your community, you should definitely head over to her blog for the details!

And then today I pulled this pretty pile for my Pillow Talk Swap partner
Ok, What about these?

I guess I just have rainbows on the brain.

And then I cut into the pillow talk pile and I came up with these little beauties. It is a paper pieced pattern I hope to share with you this week. It needs a little tweaking (to say the least 😉 )

And now, I am going to go snuggle this little guy.
My Sweet Little Boy
Can I tell you how smitten I am with him? He is amazing. So sweet, so smiley, so sleepy. I just can’t get enough. And he smells just like a baby should. So, tonight I am going to rip papers off of butterflies while I snuggle with him and catch up on Master Chef. Am I the only one who watches this?

Talk to you soon!

I love Master Chef, although Tuesday was the first episode I caught. I love your rainbow stacks and that pillow looks great! I might have to do some butterflies for a project soon!

What a cutie. Those eyes, oh my!

I love your piles too. Specifically the PTS pile. I love teals and reds together.

Your rainbows are gorgeous and your butterflies are great, but my fave is that adorable little smile.
